Every detail at Maia was considered slowly. The bar counter is marble. The lighting is candlelit and deliberate. The sound is low enough that you can hear the person across from you.
We open at six because golden hour deserves a drink. We close when the last table is ready to leave. This is not a place you pass through — it's one you stay in.
Every dish on the menu lives at the border of two culinary traditions. Neither one dominates. Both are necessary.
